Pusoy Dos (Big Two) is played with 2–4 players using a full 52-card deck. Cards rank from 3 (lowest) to 2 (highest), with 2 of spades being the highest card in the deck. The player with the 3 of diamonds starts the first round by playing any combination that includes that card.
